Temporary closure of T’Railway in Seal Cove

Walkers, runners and bicyclists who like crunching their way over the old rail bed in the west end of CBS will have to find another route to boost their heart rates and drink in the fall colours, at least for the next few weeks.

Councillor-at-Large Paul Connors reminded the public last week that work is starting on enhancements to the T’Railway in Seal Cove. 

This round of work, dubbed Phase IV, will run from Doyles Road in Upper Gullies to Cemetery Road in Seal Cove and will see that portion of the trail closed during construction.

The work is being done by the Grand Concourse Authority.

“So, it’s another great improvement to our T’railway system,” Connors said.
