CONCEPTION BAY SOUTH

Topsail United Church Spring Flea Market will take place on Saturday, June 3 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission $1.00.  All welcome.

Free Lifestyle ClinicTuesday June 6 at 7:00 p.m., at the Lions Club House, 10 Minerals Road, CBS. Sponsored by Avalon Northeast Rotary Club. Topsail United Church will be hosting an Afternoon Tea including a Bake Sale on Wednesday, June 21 from 2 until 4 p.m. Entertainment provided by Avalonia.  Tickets are $10 and must be purchased in advance by calling the Church office at 834-4567.

Paradise Rotary Youth – Community Centre. Paradise 50+ Adventure Club Card Game, Bingo, 50/50 and Door Prize every Thursday at 1:30 p.m. Darts every Monday at 1:30 p.m.

CONCEPTION BAY CENTRE

Branch 64 Royal Canadian Legion Holyrood – Saturday June 3rd from 7 til 12 Janeway Fundraiser hosted by Boat Load. This will be a Kitchen Party theme so bring your instruments. June 13th Cornhole Tournament. Please phone the branch for details. Phone 709-229 4041.

The Star of the Sea Holyrood will be holding a card game to raise funds for the Holyrood War Memorial on Sunday June 4th at 8:00 p.m. Admission is $5.00 at the door and there will be a draw for a door prize. If anyone wishes to donate to the War Memorial Fund call the Star at 709-229-3395.

Royal Canadian Legion Branch 64 Holyrood. Did you know that Legion members get a free hall rental? Your $50 yearly membership gives you one hall rental per year, membership pricing on drinks and admission to events and free pool. The hall is available for rental to non members for $200. Cape Broyle Chase the Ace in aid of Cape Broyle Church Committee. Riverside Lounge, Cape Broyle, Sunday evenings beginning at 5:45 p.m. Ticket sales end at 7:30 p.m. and the draw takes place at 7:45 p.m. Come support our efforts to buy back our historic Church.
