Familiar voice outside Stuckey’s Kelligrews U-Wash and Orange Store

Gary Lawrence is a familiar face and voice outside Stuckey’s Kelligrews U-Wash and Orange Store as he serenades customers one day a week with classics like A Hard Days Night by the Beatles. The Bell Island native now lives just down the street. “I’m here having a grand time at the Orange Store,” said Lawrence last Saturday. “I like getting people on the go and smiling.”
