The Shoreline News was founded in April 1989 and at over 13,000* print copies weekly is the largest circulation newspaper in Newfoundland and Labrador. We cover the Avalon Peninsula, which is home to over half of Newfoundland’s population, with a special focus on local news, personalities and events in the region’s many towns and cities. We are the PAPER OF RECORD for the communities we serve.

The Shoreline publishes every Thursday. Deadline for advertising is Noon Wednesdays on the week before publication. The paper is distributed for free at some 175 newsstands in high profile retail locations throughout the Avalon Peninsula.
