Holy Cross student honour seniors

Students at Holy Cross Elementary hosted the third annual Senior’s Appreciation Day last month. Grade six students were responsible for hosting the event, which included presentations by Seniors NL, performances by students and local musicians, and meals and snacks. These years event also included an inaugural awards ceremony. Outstanding Seniors Awards were presented to five people who have made contributions to the community through volunteer efforts.
