The St. Vincent de Paul Carbonear Food Bank hosted a Witches Hat Craft before Hallowe’en. Attendees customized their own witch hats with various kinds of pretty and spooky decorations. Many of the attendees made their hats with the intention of wearing them at the Food Bank’s 4th Annual Witches Walk.
