The Age Friendly Club celebrated its first year anniversary on July 7. It started with 32 members and now has 90 and is still growing, said founder Wilfred Bartlett. Present at the event was Mayor Darrin Bent and councillor Christine Butler who joined the celebration, which included a good meal and a game of cards.
