An area near Country Pond in Bay Roberts is turning into an illegal dump. The place is only about two kms from the Veterans Memorial Highway. Some of the material is metal suitable for a collection site just down the road. The people dumping the metals would have had to pass a licensed collector along the way. Submitted photo
