The Roncalli Cardinals captured gold at the SSNL Grade 8 Regionals held recently at Baccalieu Collegiate in Old Perlican. The team played against Carbonear, Holy Redeemer, and Baccalieu Collegiate, and went undefeated, finishing the tourney 5-0. Cardinal Ava Spurrell was named the tournament’s MVP.
