Retired RCMP Staff Sgt. Jim Power took a quiet moment at the Monument of Honour outside the CBS Town Hall this week to lay a wreath in honour of Constable Heidi Stevenson, who was murdered in the line of duty during a rampage by a crazed mass killer in Nova Scotia on Sunday.
