Halloween Trunk or Treat

Things got a little spooky at Sgt. Ned Nugent’s Park in Kelligrews just ahead of Halloween as the Town of Conception Bay South hosted its annual Halloween Trunk or Treat extravaganza. Fortunately, law officials Dale and Leo Johnson, top photo, were on the scene to keep things from getting too out of hand.
