The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) held annual Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR)

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) held its annual Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) in aid of Special Olympics Newfoundland and Labrador last Friday. Participants began at the Paradise Double Ice Complex, and from there headed down Topsail Road into Mount Pearl and across Clyde Avenue for a quick presentation, and then onto the finish line at Capital Subaru in St. Johns. Leading the pack were torchbearers Andrew Hynes, representing Special Olympics Newfoundland and Labrador, and retired RNC Officer Bob Howard. Mark Squibb photo
