On Saturday, June 18th, pirates landed at the S.W. Moores Memorial Park in Harbour Grace. But no worries, these pirates were friendly, and were actually invited by the Town to help folks celebrate the annual Pirates to Pilots Festival. Many attendees wore pirate garb of their own to meet the visiting pirates. Visitors could enjoy games, face-painting, rock painting, pirate treasures, and snow cones. And, of course, there were plenty of balloon swords to go around. Click the arrows to browse a slideshow of photos by Olivia Bradbury.
