TriCom Thunder bring the boom to PEI

A local hockey team built with players from Mount Pearl, Paradise, and Conception Bay South are wrapping up a nearly impeccable season. The Thunder, representing HockeyNL, won gold at the U13 AAA Atlantic Championships in PEI held May 5-8. In five games, the Thunder scored 30 goals, and were only scored against five times. In the local NL AAA, the provincial champions boast a record of 150 goals for and just 13 goals against in 17 games.
