A traffic-stop by the Holyrood RCMP netted a car full drugs early Saturday morning and led to the arrest of two Conception Bay South men for alleged trafficking.
The pair, who were not named, consisted of a 43-year old man and an 18-year-old. They were released from custody and will appear in court at a later date.
They are alleged to have been travelling with 38 grams of cocaine, Morphine pills, an Oxycodone pill, 58 hits of LSD, cannabis, a stun gun and a concealed weapon, namely a knife that looked like a pen.
The 43-year-old man is facing four charges of possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking, two counts of carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and possession of a prohibited weapon.
The 18-year-old is also charged with four counts of possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking, as well as being illegally in possession of cannabis because he is under the age of 19.
